A few months back I learned that Xena had been dropped off at a shelter near Ottawa by her owner. It was through sheer luck that I was contacted by a fellow breeder who saw her on the Web. As soon as I was made aware of this situation I set into motion a plan to get her back. After many frustrating e-mails, I was able to convince the person in charge of her case to surrender her back to me. Xena now lives in Montréal and is enjoying her new life.
